When you open the app you can see the interface of the Retouch Application. There you can see two options 1. Album 2. Tutorial And in below right corner you can see info button whare you'll be able to see all information about app.
By clicking on album you'll be able to select image from your device that you want to edit and remove unwanted things from. If you don't know how to use Touch Retouch App then this app provides feature of tutorial to see tutorial you can click on tutorial.
When you select image to edit it take you to editing section whare you'll be able to edit that image. To remove unwanted objects from image you have to select Object Removal Tool from Bottom navigation. After that select the object or draw on that object by green color Brush on that object. After selection click on Go button in below right corner. And your object will be removed from you image.
